wmcw Terms and Conditions

wmcw ("we", "our", "platform") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between wmcw and its users ("you", "member", "player").

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• If any information provided at registration changes (such as your mobile number or address), you must update it promptly.
• Accounts created with false, incomplete, or misleading information may be closed at any time, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.
• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to a third party for their use is strictly prohibited.

wmcw may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate for age verification purposes. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

• Any guardian who permits a minor to create or use an account does so at their own full responsibility.
• All transactions by underage users will be considered void, and related funds may not be returned.
• wmcw conducts regular age verification processes and reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud.

wmcw offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering conditions have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for use on the wmcw platform only.
• If any form of bonus abuse is detected, wmcw reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the bonus.
• Each promotion has a set expiry date; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, Diamond — up to 1.2%.

wmcw processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

5.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Once a deposit transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation by SMS or email.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the account holder's name.

5.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used to make the deposit.
• If you wish to cancel a withdrawal request that is still being processed, please contact support.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until account verification (KYC) is complete.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, wmcw reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request.

The wmcw platform offers sports betting, slots, live casino, and various types of games. Each game or betting section has its own specific rules.

• Once a bet has been placed or a card deal has begun, the transaction cannot be cancelled.
• Unresolved transactions caused by technical errors or disconnections will be settled at wmcw's discretion.
• If a technical error affects a game result, wmcw reserves the right to void that result.
• The use of any software bots, automation tools, or harmful programs is strictly prohibited.
• If any player breaks the game rules or attempts to cheat, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• wmcw may change the applicable rules and odds for cricket, football, and other sports betting at any time.
• In the event of any technical discrepancy in a live game, the game provider's decision shall be considered final.

wmcw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Identified as a minor.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (maximum 12 months).

After an account is closed, members must contact support within a maximum of 30 days to claim any legitimate balance. No balance will be returned in cases involving bonus balances or fraud.
